Hobes was bred by Sally and Dean Walklin, two people I am very grateful to, they allowed me to own this amazing, even tempered and wonderful dog who is my best friend, confidante and my boy. Hobes has been regularly shown and has done well under many judges - he is regularly placed in the line-up including Crufts 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Hobes is well known for his snogging attributes and has won the Kissiest Wheaten twice - in 2001 he managed 52 snogs in 20 seconds and yes I was floored and received every one of them.

Hobes has been Eye Tested - Clear (July 2001, 2003, 2005) and Kidney Function Tested - Clear (April 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007)

Hobes is currently the proud father of 45 - 7 born February 2001, 7 born June 2002, 5 born August 2004, 6 born 23rd March 2005, 9 born 2nd April 2005, 4 born 11th November 2005 and 7 born 21st May 2007
